Neil Diamond kills drifter to get errection.

So I didn't quite get to the promo mix. The landlord of the home and studio ran into an emergency and had to get rid of the place last minute. All of us tenants are asked, nay, forced to leave. Unfortunately that cut's into the precious "beats, bitches, and bongs" time so no new projects are planned. The good news is the little time I have had are more productive and enemy003 is the result. The tracks are sick and the artwork is great too. (Thanks Jesse!) That should be out in June...

Aside from enemy003, our party this weekend in Detroit, and our party next weekend in June (with Mark Broom)...there isn't anything planned. Get some sun!

New promo mix soon

So I'm going to do another promo mix in same vein as the one from February. I just completed my classes for the year so that frees up some time. Unfortunately I'll have to move my house and studio in the next couple weeks so that's going to take it all up. But, this weekend I'll have enough time to record one more mix before summer comes around. It's going to be a mixture of various forms of techno again. This time it will range from new flashy electrohouse stuff all the way to 1993 bleepy techno and weird industrial techno like Meat Beat Manifesto. I think this one will be more Ableton based than the last though. For some reason I am really diggin' on selections from the mid 90's the most at the moment. The tracks have the perfect amount of minimalism and balls while maintaining the party vibe. -Dustin Zahn

Dog piss

One time when I was 10 years old I had a big problem at hockey practice (I retired at age 11). I put my gear on and went out to the ice and realized something reaked really bad. I couldn't figure out what it was for 5-10 minutes until I realized my dog had pissed all over my equipment. I quit the remainder of practice that day.

Zahn/Eidolon - Illusinations ep - enemy003

The title of the next ep for enemy is "Illusinations." For the people who don't get it (or don't use english as a first language) it's a mixture of the words "imagination" and "illusions." Both of those words appear in the tracklisting of the EP.

The rest of the info will be announced tomorrow or Thursday. I'm in the middle of the first of two weeks of exams so I need to put the thinking cap on. For those of you who like to party, we're planning not one...but 3 parties over the next three months. The first will be this month in Detroit. A week later we'll bring the party back home to Minneapolis. In July, get ready for an outdoor beatdown with one of our favorite techno producers. We'll announce all that this week as well.
